Shipping and delivery
We process your order within 1-2 working days. Once the parcel is with our shipping partner, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days. Please note that at peak times (before Christmas or Mother's Day, for example) there can be slight delays.

That should never happen. Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If the book is damaged or faulty, contact us straight away and we will sort out a quick fix or a replacement.
Orders and customer service
Because we process orders as quickly as possible, you have a 3-hour window after buying to cancel your order or change the address. If you need to, email us straight away at support@familytreasures.shop. After those 3 hours, the order is prepared for shipping and can no longer be changed.
